Bullying consists of direct behaviors such as ridicule, threaten, criticize, beat, and robbed by one or more students to the victim or other children. Besides that bullying behavior can also be indirect, for example by isolating or someone deliberately distanced considered distinct. First of all let us thank God, the Almighty who has been giving us mercy and blessing so that today on this amazing occasion we can gather in this room without any obstacle. Secondly, may sholawat and salam always be with our Prophet Muhammad SAW. and peace be upon him who has guided us from the darkness to the lightness in the world as well as in the next. And thank you very much for the time that has been given to me to stand here. Ladies and Gentlemen, On this good occasion, I am Name from Institution, here I am going to deliver my speech about an issue that will or has affected everyone in this room, an issue that mostly occur at school, whether for children or teenagers, it is “bullying.” Alright, Ladies and Gentlemen, Many people have different opinions on what bullying is. So, what is Bullying? Bullying is the use of violence, threat, or force to intimidate others. Bullying may thus be defined as the activity of repeated, aggressive behavior intended to hurt another individual physically, mentally, or emotionally. Someone who gets bullying is called a victim, and then those who do bully are called bullies. Bullying can come in many forms and it does not stick to the definition. Even something small like making rude or insensitive gestures can be bullying. It means a lot of people or maybe everyone in this room is the bullies and they do not even realize it. So, here I am going to explain to you the different types of bullying. Firstly, “Verbal,” is any bullying that is conducted by speaking. Calling names, spreading rumors, or making fun of others. Verbal bullying is one of the most common types of bullying that happen on this planet. Secondly is “Physical,” which is any bullying that hurt somebody’s body or damage their possessions. Physical bullying can lead to a tragic ending and therefore must be stopped quickly. Thirdly is “Relational,” which is any bullying that is done with the intent to hurt somebody’s reputation or social standing which can also link in with physical and verbal bullying. Last but not least, “Cyber-bullying,” is the use of technology to harass, threaten, or embarrass others. Ladies and Gentlemen, Do you know that bullying is one of the most teenager naughtiness that happens in Indonesia or even on this planet? Bullying can happen everywhere and anytime. And the most common place it happens is at school. So, how come bullying being so popular? The reason is they might think that bullying is funny and it is not cool if they are not doing so. But, you know that the consequences of bullying do not impact the person who gets bullying itself, but also the bullies. The victims and the bullies both will lose their bright future. I still wonder, do they want to lose their bright future? I do believe the answer is NO. Ladies and Gentlemen, In conclusion, everyone has to stop bullying! No matter who you are, no matter who they are, anyone, without exception. Is there any benefit to bullying? Do you think bullying can make you superior? Do you think people are born bullied? That is all wrong. If bullying happens because of a difference, I know all people in the world are different, in the race, gender, religion, ability, and appearance. If people bully because of that, I disagree because it is wrong on so many levels. We are all humans and yes, we are different, but we are one unity created by God, from the same material. We eat rice, drink water, speak with mouth, hear with ears, smell with the nose, and see with eyes. We are generally the same. So, Ladies and Gentlemen, Do not let bullying happen again in this world, especially in Indonesia. Do not be silent! Let us stop bullying from now! We can do it together, just think positively. Do not be the bullies, help the victims! Do not let our generation ruins it because of bullying. Do not make our young time useless without any achievement. There is a quote I have ever heard, “When people hurt you over and over, think of them like sand paper, they may scratch and hurt you a bit, but in the end, you end up polished and they end up useless. A internet ,hoje, infelizmente pode nos trazer mais desprezo do que somente alegrias. Ao meio de tantos benefícios pessoas podem se machucar com as palavras direcionadas a elas nas redes. A forma como essas pessoas utilizam as plataformas digitais podem afetar negativamente na vida de uma pessoa,fazendo com que ela se sints triste e abatida por ter sido agredida verbalmente por alguém cujo ela nunca ouviu falar sobre. Além disso, é de se destacar a evolução da situação no convívio digital,redes sociais como Twitter, Instagram e Facebook estão banindo contas de pessoas cujo o único intuito é espalhar ódio ao invés de informações que realmente são necessárias. Claro, ainda há muito que melhorar,mas é um passo importante para que possamos ter um ambiente social que seja confortável para quem navega pelas redes com o intuito de se informar e se divertir. Portanto, é mister que as plataformas digitais tomem providências para melhorar ainda mais a situação do Cyber Bullying vista nas redes. Banindo aqueles que utilizam a plataforma para agredir verbalmente alguém,para que tenhamos uma plataforma segura e limpa para quem precisa estudar,se divertir ou opinar. Aliás,como dizia Zygmunt Bauman,"muita informação não significa sabedoria", não adianta tanto benefício disponível sendo que não o utilizam para oque realmente é necessário. Mengapa hal ini bisa terjadi? Aksi bullying biasanya dilakukan karena masalah yang memicu pelaku bullying ini merasa tersindir sehingga pelaku ini tidak terima dan akhirnya melakukan bullying terhadap korbannya. Sekolah biasanya merupakan tempat di mana bullying ini terjadi. Bentuk umum dari bullying di sekolah adalah pelecehan verbal, biasanya dalam bentuk ejekan dan godaan. Bagaimana dampak bullying bagi korban dan pelaku aksi bullying? Sementara itu dampak bagi pelaku bullying adalah ketidakmampuan mengembangkan kemampuan sosial dan potensi, hilangnya kontrol emosi dan hilangnya konsentrasi belajar. Lantas, bagaimana cara mencegah agar bullying tidak terjadi di sekolah? Ada berbagai cara untuk mencegah aksi bullying yaitu pertama membangun konsep diri yang baik, kedua dukung minat bakat anak, ketiga tumbuhkan rasa empati, keempat tumbuhkan rasa percaya diri, kelima jangan terpancing untuk melawan, dan terakhir adalah laporkan pada pihak yang berwenang. Dengan tersampaikannya pidato ini saya harap hadirin sekalian mengetahui bagaimana cara mencegah aksi bullying di sekolah.
